1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and xck44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xck44 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on xck44, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of xck44 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. xck44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.Eligibility Requirements

To register and use an xck44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xck44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or business entity registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or officer of xck44 or any of its associated entities, game providers, or payment partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated through xck44 directly or through any responsible gaming programme.
• You must hold a valid and active Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS, which will serve as your primary account identifier and verification channel.

xck44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure of the account with forfeiture of any associated bonus funds.

3.Account Registration & Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on xck44. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different mobile numbers or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing use:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. xck44 will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• All activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or by another person with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify xck44 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Contact our support team via live chat from within the Platform.
• Account sharing is prohibited. You may not allow any other person to access or use your xck44 account, including family members resident at the same address.

xck44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data transmitted between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP is available and recommended for all accounts.

4.Identity Verification (KYC)

xck44 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. The following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) showing full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of registered mobile number — a screenshot of your mobile account or a recent SMS received on the registered number may be accepted.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing your name and account number, to confirm that the payment account belongs to you.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by xck44 may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals until verification is complete. xck44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and to report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on xck44, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency handling:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These minimums apply regardless of payment method unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where practically possible, less any applicable fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. xck44 targets a processing time of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• xck44 does not accept cryptocurrency payments and does not process withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets under any circumstances.
• xck44 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts, including daily deposit limits, withdrawal limits, and pending withdrawal queues, in accordance with its internal risk management procedures.

All funds held in your xck44 wallet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xck44 does not hold funds in any foreign currency. Your wallet balance reflects real-money funds (principal deposits and withdrawal-eligible winnings) and any bonus balance separately. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

xck44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's own terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before bonus funds may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are accounted for separately in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all gameplay unless you elect otherwise within account settings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Multiple accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds across all associated accounts.
• xck44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of modification remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. xck44 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being exploited, that wagering patterns are indicative of hedging or arbitrage strategies, or that the player is not engaging with the Platform in good faith.

7.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on xck44 are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of any conflict between game provider rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail with respect to account, financial, and eligibility matters, while game provider rules prevail with respect to game mechanics, payout calculations, and outcome determinations.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game provider. xck44 does not manipulate or influence any game outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, software error, or communication failure — during a game round, the round may be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's balance. xck44 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi) are subject to the settlement rules stated in the individual market. Live betting (in-play) markets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket this includes the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, BCCI, and other recognised national cricket boards.
• xck44 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where a result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed based on information not available to the general market at the time.

Where a discrepancy exists between the balance displayed in your account interface and xck44's internal transaction records, the internal records shall be the definitive and authoritative source.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xck44 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether they result in financial gain to the player:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table game formats, coordinated multi-account play, and any form of match-fixing or result manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with xck44's interface, place bets, or derive information about game states in a manner not available to unaided human players.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use xck44 as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Registering multiple accounts (whether under the same identity or different identities) for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or evading a prior account suspension.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at xck44 staff or other platform users via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

9.Responsible Gaming

xck44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, xck44 provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and request that you be blocked from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the xck44 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of xck44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any xck44 content is strictly prohibited.

xck44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any xck44 content.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xck44's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service offered therein, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their xck44 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xck44 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses attributable to network disruptions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or device-side issues that affect your ability to access or interact with the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, editorial content, or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12.Account Suspension & Termination

xck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited activities, ineligibility, and duplicate account creation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by xck44.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion, pending investigation.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude or permanently close the account.

Where an account is closed by xck44 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request (not for cause), any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13.Privacy & Data Protection

xck44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, your data rights, and how to contact xck44 with data-related queries.

xck44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, game providers, and fraud detection services as necessary to deliver the Platform's services — all subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

14.Amendments to These Terms

xck44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a player in a significant way — xck44 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed within the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. For minor editorial or clarifying changes, xck44 may update these Terms without advance notice.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use of xck44 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15.Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which xck44 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through xck44's internal customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction. xck44 will always endeavour to resolve disputes with players fairly and promptly through its support team before any formal legal process becomes necessary.
